Memories, Dreams, Reflections, 2025-26
Azo and titanium moon-dreams are reflected in swirls of indigo. Leaves of raw umber float like memories on currents of jaune-vert and burnt sienna. Slender leaves of iron oxide and olive green shimmer over their reflections in a cobalt lake. Two trees of charcoal and smalt repose beside an estuary softly lit by Portland gray and some sort of alizarin?
“The older I have become, the less I have understood … Yet there is so much that fills me: plants, animals, clouds, day and night… the more uncertain I have felt about myself, the more there has grown up in me a feeling of kinship with all things.”
—Carl Jung, Memories Dreams Reflections
